What is the difference between an open heart and love in your heart?

Last month, we saw how to open your heart using the vibrations of three holograms ( Heart of Uruguay,  Book of EST hologram and  Tarot hologram ) that were used to deeply  integrate heart qualities.

Having love in your heart (and chakras) is the next logical step to attain happiness.

Even though an open heart can store more love than a “regular” heart, it is still very healing and transforming to bring love in your heart -and chakras.

In this post, we will discover a new protocol that brings love to your heart and chakras.

Love in your heart protocol

• Think about a situation that requires love in your heart and chakras (see below a list of them);
• Keep touching the Heart of Uruguay hologram (that delivers love vibrations);
• Send love vibrations from the hologram to your first major chakra (at the base of your spine) from now to your birthday (or even your conception) while thinking about:
  1. just your past;
  2. your father;
  3. your mother;
  4. your childhood;
  5. your traumas;
  6. your fears.
•  Finally, touch the Here and Now hologram to make sure the energy transfert is complete;
•  Repeat the process for your second chakra, up to your seventh chakra.
• Repeat the same process but this time by sending love vibrations to your heart.

In stressfull situations

In all stressful situations you will benefit from having love in your heart and chakras:

• at work;
• dealing with difficult relationships;
• when you are on your own (if you tend to suffer from loneliness);
• in case of addiction;
• public speaking;
