  • DNA;
• Finally, send love vibrations from the Heart of Uruguay hologram to your seven charts again (see above) but this time thinking about your:
  • 1st chakra
  • 2nd chakra
  • 3rd chakra
  • 4th chakra
  • 5th chakra
  • 6th chakra
  • 7th chakra

Part II with the Book of EST hologram and the Tarot hologram  

•  Think about the same heart quality as before;
• Keep touching both Book of EST hologram and Tarot hologram;
• Send the vibrations of both holograms to your first major chakra (at the base of your spine) from now to your birthday (or even your conception) while thinking about:
• • just your past;
  • your father;
  • your mother;
  • your childhood;
  • your traumas;
  • your fears.
• Finally, touch the Here and Now hologram to make sure the energy transfert is complete.
• Repeat the process for your second chakra, up to your seventh chakra.

You are done ! This process takes time to write and read, but you will quickly go through it after some practice.
