What are limiting beliefs?
Limiting beliefs are subconscious beliefs or thought patterns that can hold people back from reaching their full potential. These beliefs often stem from past experiences or negative self-talk, and can create a mental barrier that prevents people from achieving their goals or making positive changes in their lives.

In 2014, we published a post on this subject already. We definitively obtained results but now we think there are simpler ways to dissolve negative beliefs.
A new -but not final- approach to dissolve negative beliefs that shows what is behind them
Let’s take an example: imagine you do not feel comfortable in front of someone who dislikes you. The last time I treated a friend in that situation, it turned out he had three underlying limiting beliefs:
- “I am not good enough”;
- “I am hopeless”;
- “I don’t have the right to be myself”.
We’ll see in the next section how to dissolve these three negative beliefs.
The lastest approach to dissolve negative beliefs
The previous method helps you understand why you did not feel comfortable in front of an unfriendly -but polite- person. However, it requires you to find the negative beliefs, which is not so easy to do.
The method we now propose is much simpler: you just need to use one hologram, the negative belief hologram !
Detailed protocols to dissolve limiting beliefs
The simplest protocol ever
Let’s take another example: imagine you do not feel comfortable in front of someone who is really mad at you. What you need to do is this:
- touch the limiting belief hologram and imagine that person in front of you who is mad at you;
- send the hologram’s vibrations to your first chakra, thinking about:
- your past;
- your childhood;
- your father (or father figure);
- your mother (or mother figure);
- your fears;
- your traumas.
- Do the same with your 2nd chakra, then your third chakra, up to your 7th chakra.
You are done !
Protocol that dissolves underlying limiting beliefs
The “root negative beliefs” are very likely to be found in this list:
- I am not good enough;
- I am bad;
- I am hopeless;
- I am weak;
- I will never succeed;
- I am powerless;
- I am less than others;
- I am not free;
- I am not allowed to be myself;
- I do not deserve to exist;
- I am not capable enough;
- I do not deserve good relationships;
- I do not have the time;
- Others are stronger than me;
- …
When you know which one to treat, here is what you can do:
- touch the Lord’s prayer hologram;
- Invite your Light body to stand in front of you;
- Thank your Light body to dissolve a root negative belief;
- repeat for another root negative belief if any.
