In order to develop compassion, today I have been inspired to work with the hologram of compassion. I used that hologram to fill all my major chakras with compassion vibrations. This is very easy to do: I just imagined I was touching the hologram of compassion and at the same time I thought about my first chakra for 15 seconds. Of course if you use this hologram for the first time, you will have to physically touch its image while thinking about your chakra. Then I went on to the second chakra, etc.
After all the chakras were done, it was time to test the effectiveness of these compassion energies. I just thought about one family member of mine whom I thought was a little distant with me. As soon as I thought about her with the desire to send her compassion, I felt a powerful burst of love towards her. Wow! I did not expect that amount of energy, I tell you. Now, whenever I think about that person, I feel warmth, smiles and joy coming to me from her.
For those who want to develop compassion even more in their lives, it would be a good idea to bring compassion vibrations in the heart (just the same way you brought those vibrations in your chakras) and also in all your vertebrae, including sacrum and coccyx. Working with your spine will fill your unconscious mind with compassion. That way you will naturally feel more at peace with yourself and others.
You can also send compassion vibrations to a group of people (could be your colleagues for example), to a place (your home, working place)…
Little by little, if we develop compassion and empathy in us and around us, we can change the world!
