Nothing went well that very day. Hopefully I could keep my calm and repair all that went wrong until… a colleague of mine made a derogatory joke against me in front of several other colleagues. Even though I did not reply to it, that stupid joke made me really mad at him. I could even feel waves of hate and violence going through me. That was a very uncomfortable situation as you can imagine. I had to do something really quick. Otherwise my relationship with this colleague could have seriously deteriorated and I would have lost my inner peace for a long time…
Earlier readings had helped me realize that all the overwhelming hate and violence I was feeling was already in me before that dreadful day. These unkind words just triggered them. My job now was to clear with the help of one hologram (Shaktipat hologram) all memories of hate and violence in me. Where to start? Intuition suggested to check my sacrum and also two other vertebra. My inner feeling confirmed that whenever I thought about hate or violence, these parts of my body would collapse energywise. The remedy here was to use the powerful Shaktipat hologram. Touching that hologram and thinking about all the hate and violence that affected that particular part of my body would do the job. No more hate, no more violence there!
That’s easy to do. But the real difficulty here is to treat all the areas concerned with hate and violence. Two days later, I had treated spots in my heart, my stomach, my pancreas… I regained inner peace and thought I was healed with all these negative feelings. However a big anger came back again when I went back to work. I realized it was not so simple to completely get rid of it… Hopefully, intuition led me to other zones like “under zones” of my major chakras and also my intestines.
After all that cleansing work was completed, I was able, at last, to laugh at this situation. What a change! And at the same time, the idea of writing an email to this colleague crossed my mind. That is what I did, using a neutral style and being fairly objective I think. This colleague replied to me two days later and apologized, hoping he could talk again with me. With such an answer, it was easy for me to forgive him.
I could even have thanked him for giving me the opportunity to do this deep emotional cleansing work with the help of only one hologram (Shaktipat)! How to deal with anger has now an answer!
