Because I am going to  borrow some money from my bank, I have to undergo a blood test. This is why I went yesterday to a biochemical laboratory that took blood samples from me.

Well, I must admit I am not very familiar with this type of experience and  felt somewhat nervous about it. Instead of using holograms, I decided for a change to take advantage of E.F.T. in order to feel deeply relaxed. So while  driving (you are not supposed to do this!), I did EFT turns to dissipate physical, nervous, emotional, and mental stress. And when I arrived there, I felt just fine. I even had a friendly conversation with the man who was extracting blood from my vein. Everything was going well until… I looked at the blood samples. And then I started to feel unwell. It was coming from my solar plexus, as usual. 

I briefly explained to the technician that I was going to do EFT in order to feel better. After some tapping with no word, there was almost no result.  Then the idea to use holograms quickly crossed my mind.

In truth there was only one hologram that was useful: the third chakra hologram. As soon as I imagined that this hologram was in contact with my solar plexus, I started to feel better, much better!

To be honest, I also used later on the six other chakra holograms. But I did not feel it made any difference. Just like it was only my third chakra that needed a healing.

With this third chakra hologram, I now know how to prevent fainting very quickly!

This personal experience shows that even under a big stress, imagining a hologram can be really powerful energy-wise.

By the way, the blood test results were very good!

 

 

The very first time I touched the freshly made Lord’s prayer hologram, I felt a powerful wave of energy going through me. At the same time, it was like my consciousness opened to new dimensions. To be more precise, my inner vision showed me a starry night that suddenly opened and let Divine energy come down on me. I understood this hologram could help us receive Divine vibrations and connect us to God.

On the practical side, I use this hologram to heal also relationships. While touching the hologram, I just think about the relationship that needs healing, and it is done. I suppose Divine connection is made instantly and fill the relationship (or whatever you decide to heal) with Divine vibrations.

With the Hail Mary hologram, you will be in connection with a very gentle yet Divine energy. I really feel that the vibration given by this prayer hologram expresses the feminine aspects of God. This is why I always add this hologram in the healing of a relationship.

With these prayer holograms, you will receive a powerful amount of Divine -and healing- energy and also you will feel a strong connection to God. Just like a healing prayer, but in a shorter time and in a more concentrated manner!

The very first mantra hologram that was created is the famous Buddhist mantra: OM Mani Padme Hum. Even though I knew there were very strong positive energies associated with this mantra, I did not know the exact nature of them. This fact gives even more credit to the spiritual experience that was triggered by that hologram. As soon as I touched this newly created hologram, my heart started to radiate huge amounts of compassion and love for all humanity! That was a powerful and beautiful life changing experience. When I recall this so unique and unexpected spiritual awakening, I still feel a deep joy coming from my heart.

Here is how I proceed now to send compassion using this OM Mani Padme Hum hologram. I say the mantra seven times while visualizing one of my chakras filled with this mantra energy, from the root chakra to the crown chakra. Then I will pronounce the mantra one more time and this time I will visualize the person, relationship, event (…) that will receive compassion. Chances are you will feel an outpouring of compassion yourself !!!

You can also use the compassion hologram in a very similar way, except that there is nothing to say while you visualize each one of your chakras being filled with compassion energy.

May all human beings experience that level of compassion. It is such a healing experience for the heart.

How to fight against excessive sleepiness while driving my car is a question I have asked myself many times. When I would feel too tired, my only answer was to pull over and get some rest with a short nap.

However this time, I was inspired to use holograms. More precisely energy-giving holograms in the beginning. Therefore I imagined touching all of them one by one (you are able to do this after you have physically touched the image of the hologram several times). Next I did the same work with the seven chakra holograms.

And then, guess what! I felt in shape again and sleepiness completely vanished.

All this energy work was performed while driving. A word of caution here: do not attempt to do the same if you are not very familiar with holograms.
