In order to develop compassion, today I have been inspired to work with the hologram of compassion.  I used that hologram to fill all my major chakras with compassion vibrations. This is very easy to do: I just imagined I was touching the hologram of compassion and at the same time I thought about my first chakra for 15 seconds. Of course if you use this hologram for the first time, you will have to physically touch its image while thinking about your chakra. Then I went on to the second chakra, etc.

After all the chakras were done, it was time to test the effectiveness of these compassion energies. I just thought about one family member of mine whom I thought was a little distant with me. As soon as I thought about her with the desire to send her compassion, I felt a powerful burst of love towards her. Wow! I did not expect that amount of energy, I tell you. Now, whenever I think about that person, I feel warmth, smiles and joy coming to me from her.

For those who want to develop compassion even  more in their lives, it would be a good idea to bring compassion vibrations in the heart (just the same way you brought those vibrations in your chakras) and also in all your vertebrae, including sacrum and coccyx. Working with your spine will fill your unconscious mind with compassion. That way you will naturally feel more at peace with yourself and others.

You can also send compassion vibrations to a group of people (could be your colleagues for example), to a place (your home, working place)…

Little by little, if we develop compassion and empathy in us and around us,  we can change the world!

Two days ago, I was visiting an attraction park called the futuroscope. In the middle of the day, I started to feel very tired, for no clear reason. As I had driven a long distance to get there, I was determined to enjoy my stay and would therefore do my best to be back in shape. Nobody noticed what I was doing: I just imagined myself touching several energy giving holograms (ki, prana, etheric energy…) and also chakra holograms. It was difficult for me to use my pendulum – in order to check my energy levels. But that was not very important: the shivers I felt after I touched in imagination a hologram would indicate that a strong energy  transfer had taken place.

And guess what: a few minutes later, I was fine again energy-wise and could enjoy the rest of my day in this exciting attraction park! It is great to know what to do for energy !

When the picture of this friend of mine appeared in the Skype window, I immediately realized something was wrong with her. Her weak voice confirmed my impression that she was very low in energy. She explained to me she needed help. She had spent too much time in her sauna box as she was reading and forgot to stop the heating when the time was over. When she finally left it, she felt very low in energy, her heart was beating too fast, her legs would barely support her and she was sweating abundantly. She asked me what to do to have more energy. I started to use all the energy giving holograms. Then with the 99 names of God hologram, I could energize her electrons, protons, neutrons, subatomic particles, atom nuclei and atoms, along with her energy networks, energy centers, energy systems, minor and major chakras and her organs. It took me about 15 minutes to increase her global energy level. And then she said she was fine!

With the help of holograms it is really possible to raise the energy of your own body as well as other person’s bodies. If you are interested in becoming an energy healer or improve your practice, holograms can help you very much !

These books changed my life so much! They more than deserved this first post. And now the holograms made from them give me another very good reason  to talk about them.
