- Finally, send love vibrations from the Heart of Uruguay hologram to your seven charts again (see above) but this time thinking about your:
- 1st chakra
- 2nd chakra
- 3rd chakra

- 7th chakra
Part II with the Book of EST hologram and the Tarot hologram
- Think about the same heart quality as before;
- Keep touching both Book of EST hologram and Tarot hologram;
- Send the vibrations of both holograms to your first major chakra (at the base of your spine) from now to your birthday (or even your conception) while thinking about:

- just your past;
- your father;
- your mother;
- your childhood;
- your traumas;
- your fears.
- Finally, touch the Here and Now hologram to make sure the energy transfert is complete.
- Repeat the process for your second chakra, up to your seventh chakra.
You are done ! This process takes time to write and read, but you will quickly go through it after some practice.
