What is the Vittoz method?

According to the American Vittoz Society:

“Vittoz is a method of mental training in which a skilled practitioner guides a client through a carefully selected series of manual training exercises, movements and visualizations designed to increase creative and efficient mental function and enhance the experience of joy in life. “

What is the effect of the Vittoz method hologram?

The vibrations of this hologram transform our being in a way very similar to the Vittoz method exercices.

How to use the Vittoz method hologram ?

Stress reduction

Start with general stress:

1. Touch the Vittoz method hologram;
2. Think about the general stress you are experiencing  in your life;
3. Send the vibrations of the hologram to your first chakra from the present time to the moment you were born while thinking about:
   • your past
   • your father
   • your mother
   • your childhood
   • your traumas
   • your fears
4. Then do the same to your second chakra;
5.  …
6. Finally do the same to your seventh chakra.

Then you may start again but this time, think about a specific stress (fear of public speaking, dissicult situation at work…)

Increase presence in your consciouness

1. Touch the Vittoz method hologram;
2. Think about presence in your first chakra and send the vibrations of the hologram to your first chakra from the present time to the moment you were born while thinking about:
   • your past;
   • your father;
   • your mother;
   • your childhood;
   • your traumas;
   • your fears.
3. While still thinking about presence in your first chakra, send the vibrations of the hologram to:
   1. Your electrons and think about:
      1. your past;
      2. your father;
      3. your mother;
      4. your childhood;
      5. your traumas;
      6. your fears.
   2. Do the same (each time think about your past, father… fears) with now your:
      1. 1. 1. 1. 1. protons;
                  2. neutrons;
                  3. ultimate subatomic particles;
                  4. atom nuclei;
                  5. atoms;
                  6. molécules;
                  7. cells;
