A young man from Australia who is a dedicated spiritual seeker, offers below his experience in a deep meditation using holograms:

 

“I was looking for a way to start the practice of meditation but I couldn’t “get into it”. I had heard about the benefits of meditation on health, but I couldn’t establish a really good connection when meditating, continuing stressed and negative thoughts about my work were overriding my thoughts and I wasn’t getting anywhere. After relaxation and filling my own chakras with light to balance the energy I go to my inner temple. I sit in the temple which for me is a wooden floor. The “sun” of god is shining down on me.

–           Infinity symbol to the left

–           72 Angels below

–           Yod He Vav He above

 

This has the effect of dissolving the negative energy of the ego self and I sit for some time in the perfect silence of the presence of god while being filled with this energy.

When I feel I am ready, I mentally make the connection with the earth spirit. I then sit with this spirit for some time.

The effect of doing this meditation daily has been totally life changing for me, my quality of life has improved in every way. I am more confident and effective at work, this meditation fills me with a “core” of power that gives me confidence and ability to act decisively, to encounter challenges and to resolve complicated situations. My relationships with my workmates and my family have much improved – I can see that I was previously bringing negative energy to these relationships that the work with the holograms has dispelled. I have been more successful in my favourite sport of Judo, I have been learning more quickly and am becoming competitive with more advanced students. Physically my skin and hair health has improved and my body appears to be putting on muscle more effectively than before.

Saint Joseph prayer: a powerful spiritual tool !

What is Saint Joseph novena ?

Saint Joseph prayer is known to be very powerful. To be more precise, we use the novena form of this prayer in the hologram.

Novena means a nine day prayer. Here it is:

Day 1: Oh God, guide of those who listen and helper of those who hear your voice, speak to me, as you did to St. Joseph, and help me accomplish the things you give me to do .

Day 2: O God, you love your people and bless the ordinary lives we quietly live. As you blessed St. Joseph, bless what I do, however, hidden and simple it may be, and let all I do be done with love.

Day 3: O God, ever faithful, you remember us always and in time reveal your blessings. Help me trust in you, as St. Joseph faithfully trusted, and never let me lose faith in the wonderful gifts you promise me.

Day 4: God of families, bless the family that’s mine. Keep us safe from harm, and never let evil come between us. Let peace remain in our hearts.

Day 5: O God, who loves children, be kind to our children today. Give them eyes of faith for seeing far, a loving heart for welcoming life, and a place always at your side.

Day 6: God of our heavenly home, bless our home on earth. Let the spirit of Mary and Joseph rest at our table, shape our words and actions, and bring blessing to our children.

Day 7: God, our Father, give your fatherly spirit to those who are fathers now. Like Joseph, give them hearts of devoted love for their wives and children and strength for forgiveness and patience.

Day 8: Give shelter, O God, to those who need it, and bring together families divided. Give us enough to eat, and decent work to earn our bread. Care for us, O God.

Day 9: Bless all families, O Lord especially those in need. Remembering the life of your Son, we pray for the poor, for those who lack a good home, for those in exile. Grant them a protector like Joseph, O God.

Buddha of Compassion mantra

Who is the Buddha of compassion ?

According to wikipedia: “Avalokiteśvara or Padmapani (English: /ˌʌvəloʊkɪˈteɪʃvərə/ UV-əl-oh-kih-TAY-shvər-ə[1]) is a bodhisattva who embodies the compassion of all Buddhas. This bodhisattva is variably depicted, described and portrayed in different cultures as either male or female.[2].”

Also, in the Lotus Sutra which is considered to be the earliest literature teaching about the doctrines of Avalokiteśvara[15], there is a description in chapter 25 of the Buddha of fompassion: it is said that he is “a compassionate bodhisattva who hears the cries of sentient beings, and who works tirelessly to help those who call upon his name”.

 

The mantra of the Buddha of compassion

The well-known Auṃ maṇi padme hūṃ is the six-syllabled Sanskrit mantra that is mostly associated with the four-armed Shadakshari form of Avalokiteshvara, the bodhisattva of compassion.

It is considered to be the most universal and famous  mantra in Tibetan Buddhism.

The association between this mantra and Avalokiteśvara is found for the first time in the Kāraṇḍavyūhasūtra. In this sūtra, it is said that the recitation of this mantra while focusing on the sound can lead to the attainment of eight hundred samādhis !

 

How to use the Buddha of compassion mantra hologram

Medicine Buddha mantra hologram

Who is the Medicine Buddha ?

He is a Buddha who would act as a doctor and cure sufferings. His mantra (see below) is said to be very powerful: according to Wikipedia: “The Medicine Buddha mantra is held to be extremely powerful for healing of physical illnesses and purification of negative karma. One form of practice based on the Medicine Buddha is done when one is stricken by disease.”

Medicine Buddha mantra

“In the Bhaiṣajya-guru-vaiḍūrya-prabhā-rāja Sūtra, the Medicine Buddha is described as having entered into a state of samadhi called “Eliminating All the Suffering and Afflictions of Sentient Beings.” From this samadhi state he spoke the Medicine Buddha Dharani.[6]

namo bhagavate bhaiṣajyaguru vaiḍūryaprabharājāya
tathāgatāya arahate samyaksambuddhāya tadyathā:
oṃ bhaiṣajye bhaiṣajye bhaiṣajya-samudgate svāhā.

The last line of the dharani is used as Bhaisajyaguru’s short form mantra. There are several other mantras for the Medicine Buddha as well that are used in different schools of Vajrayana Buddhism.”

The mantra used by the Medicine Buddha exists in both long and short forms. In its long form it is:

namo bhagavate bhaiśajyaguru vaidūryaprabharājāya tathāgatāya arhate samyaksambuddhāya tadyathā: oṃ bhaiśajye bhaiśajye bhaiśajya-samudgate svāhā.

The short form (which was used for the making of the hologram) that contains the same vibrational message as the long one is:

(tadyathā:) oṃ bhaiśajye bhaiśajye mahābhaiśajye bhaiśajyarāje samudgate svāhā.

How to use the Medicine Buddha mantra hologram

Here is the protocol:

  3. Imagine you are sending (while exhaling) the hologram vibrations to that organ or body part;
