Definition of Yin Yang balance

Most of us know that Qi is a form of energy that flows in our physical body. When we study Qi in more details, it appears that  Qi is composed of Yin Qi and Yang Qi. Taoist masters explain how powerful is the union of both types of Qi. Hence the importance of a balanced Yin Yang Qi.

 

How to achieve Yin Yang balance of Qi

It is the Yin Yang symbol hologram that we use in order to achieve Yin Yang balance. It is really easy to use. The instructions are given on the page of the hologram. Examples given on that page concern  double organs ( eyes, ears, brain hemispheres…).

In this post, we concentrate rather on the members of our inner family (inner child, inner mother, father, etc.). Why? Because the health of our inner child, inner man, women, father and mother determines our own happiness in every day life.

 

Yin Yang balance protocol for inner family members

1. Touch the Yin Yang symbol hologram (just open the pdf file and physically touch the image displayed on the screen);
2. Visualize the member of your inner family you are working on (the inner child for example);
   1. Imagine you are sending the vibrations of this hologram to your inner child through your first chakra now and in the past, up to when you were born (or even conceived);
   2. Do the same (sending vibrations in the past to the inner child ) while thinking about your father;
   3. Do the same (sending vibrations in the past to the inner child ) while thinking about your mother;
   4. Do the same (sending vibrations in the past to the inner child ) while thinking about your childhood;
   5. Do the same (sending vibrations in the past to the inner child )while thinking about your traumas;
   6. Do the same (sending vibrations in the past to the inner child ) while thinking about your fears;

Now you follow the same protocol but through your second chakra

Now you follow the same protocol but through your third chakra

…

Now you follow the same protocol but through your seventh chakra.

You are done with the Yin Yang balance of your inner child.

Then you are ready to work on another inner family member.

Tip: After you have followed this protocol a few times, you can go faster and just count 1, 2, …,  6 for each chakra instead of thinking about your past, your father in your past, your mother in your past, etc.
