Chakras are the key for energy and harmony
The method for bringing energy and harmony to your physical body is the same and involves chakras: you think about that physical part (which can be an organ) and you bring energy or harmony (using holograms) to each of your major chakras.
Method for bringing energy
Let’s take an example: imagine you need to bring energy to your stomach. You then follow this procedure:
- Think about your stomach;
- Touch this hologram and send the corresponding energy to your first chakra: Ki energy hologram;
- Touch this other hologram and send the corresponding energy to your first chakra: Physical energy hologram;
- Do the same with the other energy holograms: Vital energy hologram; Cosmic energy hologram; Sexual energy hologram.
- Repeat the same process with your second chakra (always think about your stomach or body part you are sending energy to) up to your seventh chakra.
Useful tip: In order to enhance the energy transfert, inhale and imagine you are absorbing and storing in your physical body the energy vibrations of the hologram you are touching, then you exhale and send the vibrations to the chakra you are working on (and you still think about the body part you are energizing!)
Useful tip2: After you have been in physical contact with a hologram for 5 minutes (put your hand on the screen that displays its image), you don’t need to touch the physical hologram any more! You can imagine you are touching it, that’s all! And that’s handy when you need to touch several holograms at the same time…
Method for bringing harmony
Let’s imagine you now desire to bring harmony to your heart. Here is the method:
- Think about your heart;
- Touch the first chakra hologram and Mozart music hologram and send Mozart music hologram vibrations to your first chakra;
- Touch the second chakra hologram and Mozart music hologram and send Mozart music hologram vibrations to your second chakra;
- Do the same up to your seventh chakra.
