What is the Light body?
The body of Light also called Light body -all of us has one- is an energetic body similar to the etheric body.
Let’s recall what the etheric body is: it has the shape of the physical body and is located 13 cm away from the physical body. It has two main roles:
- to protect the physical body;
- to nourrish the physical body with energy.
The big difference between the Light and etheric body is this: the Light body can TRAVEL !!!
Imagine what you can do -today- with your Light body :
After you have energized your body of Light (see below), here are examples of what you can easily do with it:
- Sensing energy at a distance;
- Healing with your hands of Light;
- Performing healing at a distance;
- Getting energy from a far away place.
Why am I telling you that you can certainly do the same?
Because :

And I do not have any special abilities like seeing auras or doing astral traveling.

My personal experiments with the Light body
The Tutankhamun exhibition
In may 2019, I visited the Tutankhamun exhibition in Paris, France. As you can imagine, it was not allowed to touch the objects that belonged to the Pharaoh.
Using my hands of Light , I could sense the energy of different objects. For some of them, I could clearly feel a high level of energy. This is why I took pictures of them and created energetic holograms:
The hands of Light healing
Not that long ago, I hurt the muscle of my left calf. As usual, I performed a healing using the Great Marvelous Secret hologram (powerful prayer vibration) on all the microscopic aspects of that muscle (electrons, protons, … molecules and cells) and also on the energetic aspects (energy centers, energy sustems, energy structure…) associated with that muscle.
Thanks to that healing, I could sleep soundly. But then in the middle of the night, that muscle hurt again and the pain was somewhat high.
Therefore I asked my hands of Light to do a healing inside my calf. Guess what…
… the pain disappeared very quickly and I blessed the people who had told me about the Light body !!!
The Reconnection healing
The other night, two of my children including myself could not fall asleep. The reason being that when you go to bed too late several nights in a row, it becomes not so easy to go to sleep…
Suddenly, I was inspired to do a Reconnective healing to my children at a distance, since I was staying in my bed. I imagined my Light body went upstairs in their bedroom and performed a Reconnective healing on them. I very quickly felt they became quiet (I can hear when they get up and leave their room). I did the same healing on myself too. And I rapidly felt asleep !
Getting energy from a tree at a distance
Having a scientific backgroung, I like to test and double check as often as possible the properties of my spiritual discoveries. Therefore I measured my telluric energy level and also the energy of my 8th chakra that ancient egyptians called the Ka.
Then I travelled -I should say I imagined I travelled- with my Light body to a one-hundred-year-old magnificent sequoia tree not far away from my home. I imagined taking the tree in my arms and asked the permission to exchange energies with it. I stayed with my eyes closed for a few minutes.
Then I measured again my energies. Thanks to a surge of heat in my feet, I could tell my telluric energy had gone up before doing the measurement which confirmed that feeling. The Ka energy also increased significantly.
How to energize your Light body with energetic holograms
In order to properly use your Light body, you need to give it enough energy.
If your Light body is too weak, you will not be able to transfer (send or receive) enough energy. That means the whole process will not work properly.
There are different ways to boost your Light body.
One of them is fast, effective and safe. You just need one energetic hologram: The four Archangel hologram.

- Sound chart (there are unheard sounds around us that define who we are);

- Platonic solid chart (those 5 geometrical shapes are intimately connected to who we are).
