What is this magical self transformation hologram?
This energetic hologram is so powerful that I am still discovering new possibilities it offers.

For the time being, I can see two ways to work with this hologram:
In a general way:
- Just think about whatever bothers you: fear of public speaking, relationship with food, more generally any addictive behavior, difficult relationship, etc.
- Touch the Book of EST hologram;
- Use your breathing to inhale the vibrations of the hologram while still thinking about your issue.
Using the same method, you can also think about a particular energy, like: physical energy, vital energy, ki energy, prana energy…
You can also work with any part or organ of your physical body: think about your teeth, your liver, stomach, vertebrae…
With your chakras:
- Think about a quality you want to develop;
- Touch the book of EST hologram;
- Close your eyes and imagine you exhale the hologram’s vibrations in each of your major chakras.
